Inspiratia poate aparea oriunde, oricand. Creatia este, de fapt, un proces lung, continuu, un proces in care niciodata nu ai sentimentul ca esti singur, pentru ca mereu te acompaniaza IDEEA. Nu de putine ori se intampla ca o rochie sa isi desavarseasca forma atunci cand te astepti mai putin si intr-un fel in care nu te-ai fi gandit initial.
Mai intai cochetezi cu o idee, cu o imagine, si apoi incerci sa te apropii de ea. Apoi urmeaza nenumarate nelamuriri: cum o imbraci, pentru ce tipologie de femeie este creata, pentru ce varsta si ce ar trebui sa exprime? Apoi urmeaza conturul. Din ce textura va fi croita? Cu ce ar trebui accesorizata? Si de aici incepe partea tehnica in care se construieste un tipar la fel de minutios si atent elaborat ca in ridicarea oricarei structuri arhitecturale. Doar ca aici nimic nu este fix; totul este in continua miscare si transformare.
Ajungi intr-un punct in care, de multe ori, totul vine de la sine. Ca si cum rochia ti-ar transmite pas cu pas ce trebuie facut, pentru a atinge o linie desavarsita. Cand te gandesti la modul in care o rochie a fost creata, probabil iti inchipui involuntar o imagine a designerului care creioneaza frenetic o schita. Dar ce se intampla apoi? Care este cursul procesului de creatie? Care sunt momentele frumoase, amuzante, care sunt clipele de impas si cum iesi din ele? Voi incerca sa surprind cat pot de des pasii unei creatii, cum ia nastere si cum va arata pe femeia care va alege sa o poarte. Pentru ca fiecare rochie are istoria ei.

Apoi se ia fiecare „calut” si se coase manual, fir cu fir, pietricica cu pietricica. Ieri a ajuns aceasta rochie in Dubai, in Galeriile Lafayette. Fetele proprietarului magazinului au sunat entuziasmate sa spuna ca este mult mai frumoasa in realitate, ca este practic o opera de arta! xoxo
